This paper outlines Darrigol's Basque grammar (1827). First, the structure of the grammar and some general features are briefly shown; then, the content of the grammar is introduced in more detail: the indetermination of Basque roots and categories, the indefinite declension, cases and postpositions, the verb, and the syntax.
