Résumé
Whether in the design, construction, or maintenance phase, building information modeling (BIM), as a working methodology, is increasingly in demand. It remains very complex due to the multiplicity of stakeholders at the project, service, and group levels. This report presents a standardization approach that would simplify the BIM process by introducing the implementation of templates, shared parameters, and a common family library within Artelia, both in France and internationally.
Que ce soit en phase conception, construction ou maintenance, le bâti immobilier modélisé (BIM) en tant que méthode de travail, est de plus en plus demandé. C'est un sujet encore très complexe avec la multiplicité des acteurs à l'échelle d'un projet, d'un service et d'un groupe.
Ce rapport présente une démarche de standardisation qui faciliterait le processus BIM en présentant la mise en place de gabarits, de paramètres partagés et d'une bibliothèque de familles communes au sein d'Artelia en France et à l'international.
